Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist clients with policy queries, updates, and claims support.

Sales and Business Development

• Identify potential customers and grow client portfolios through networking and referrals.
• Promote Old Mutual’s financial products — including insurance, investments, and savings plans — to individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct prospecting calls and follow up on leads.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure full compliance with FAIS regulations and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on promised actions.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent service and financial education.
• Strengthen customer relationships and contribute to Old Mutual’s growth vision.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for financial consulting and customer service.
• Ability to meet targets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial sales will be an advantage.
