Purpose of the YES Youth Programme
Nedbank’s initiative supports South Africa’s economic transformation by creating entry-level opportunities for unemployed youth. Job Responsibilities
Depending on your allocated division, duties may include:
- Delivering professional call centre services to clients.
- Managing customer queries and promoting Nedbank’s banking and insurance products.
- Handling sales, service, or collections calls efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Hold a Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Be between 18 and 29 years old (born between November 1995 and November 2007).
- Be unemployed and have never participated in a YES Programme before.
- Be a South African citizen (African, Coloured, or Indian) as per the B-BBEE Act.
- Have a valid South African ID document.
Technical & Communication Skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of any additional South African language is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, CRM systems).
