Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in its Commercial department. We are looking for young, dynamic, and talented individuals to participate in Sales Learnerships across various areas. The successful candidates will report to the Team Leader: Sales.

Key Purpose

The purpose of this programme is to equip learners with the ability to understand and apply core principles in:

• Growing sales volume
• Facilitating the order-taking process
• Implementing, managing, and monitoring merchandising standards

This applies to both direct and indirect customers within a specific geographical area. Learners will complete the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 Learnership.

During the learnership, learners will gain exposure to:

• Sales floor business operations
• Customer care and customer management
• Marketing fundamentals
• Merchandising standards
• Basic management principles
• Communication skills

Skills, Experience & Education

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
• Two South African languages passed with at least 40%
• Diploma or Degree
• Driver’s license (advantageous)
• Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership

Other Requirements

• South African citizen
• Must be an Employment Equity candidate
• Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
• Willingness to commit to a 12-month learnership programme

General Information

This learnership runs for 12 months and requires the achievement of a minimum of 120 credits.
