The Truworths Fashion Graduate Programme 2025 is a structured and accredited industry training initiative aimed at preparing graduates for long-term careers in the fashion retail and digital design industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Design placement graphics, all-over prints, and fashion branding across different garments and fabric types
- Research local and international fashion and textile trends to develop seasonal concepts
- Advise Buyers and Fashion Designers on how to translate trend information into market-ready graphics
- Prepare final artwork for production, including print technical specs and colour standards
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Graphic Design, Textile/Surface Design or Fashion Design qualification
- Technical skills in digital design for garments and print production
- Understanding of common print techniques (screen printing, digital printing)
- Up-to-date knowledge of branding and fashion graphic trends
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Competencies and Attributes
- Passion for fashion, visual design and branding
- Ability to combine hand-drawn concept work with computer-aided design (CAD)
- Strong interest in fashion merchandising and product development
- Research-driven and able to interpret trend data into commercially viable concepts
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
