Who Should Apply?
This bursary is open to:
- Grade 12 learners (or recent matriculants) with strong academic results
- Current university students studying towards qualifying engineering degrees
Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the academic and field of study requirements listed below.
Fields of Study Funded
To qualify, you must be pursuing or planning to pursue one of the following degrees:
- BSc / B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering
- BSc / B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering
- BSc / B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering
- BSc / B.Eng. in Metallurgy Engineering
- BSc / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Requirements
For Grade 12 Learners:
- South African citizenship
- Mid-year or final Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum Level 5 (60% or more) in English and relevant subjects required for your chosen study field
For Tertiary Students:
- Must already be studying towards one of the listed qualifications above
