Job Overview
TFG is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-driven individual to join their team as a YES Intern – Switchboard Operator/Receptionist. If you’re passionate about customer service and ready to gain valuable workplace experience, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Notify staff members of their visitor’s arrival
- Ensure visitors sign in according to company procedures
- Handle queries efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Answer and transfer calls via the switchboard promptly and professionally
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients
- Update relevant IT systems with complaints, compliments, and queries
- Provide administrative support as required
- Represent TFG’s values and uphold our professional image at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for service
- Good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage conflict constructively
