The Services SETA Learnership Programme is part of South Africa’s skills development and government-funded training initiative aimed at unemployed youth.

Step 1: Check Eligibility
Make sure you meet the minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen (18–35 years old)
- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF4)
- No previous workplace experience required
- Basic computer and communication skills
Step 2: Prepare Your Documents (PDF Format)
- Certified ID Copy
- Certified Matric Certificate
- Detailed CV
- Proof of residence
- (If applicable) Highest NQF qualification
Step 3: Register on the Services SETA Learner Portal
- Go to www.servicesseta.org.za
- Click Learners → Registration
- Create a profile and upload all the documents
- Select “Human Resource Learnerships” under Programme Type
Step 4: Apply via an Accredited Training Provider
