Sasol, a South African integrated energy and chemicals firm, is delighted to announce the Sasol Administration Learnership Programme for 2025, targeted at people with disabilities. The programme has 50 posts, and with it, there is an opportunity for youth to establish a career in administration as well as acquire theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

This thrilling learnership is on a 12-month contractual basis and will be Sandton, Gauteng (X15 Posts); Sasolburg, Free State (X15 Posts); and Secunda, Mpumalanga (X20 Posts) in the HCA: Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions (OME) business. The learnership offers the learner a great blend of classroom-based learning and in-the-workplace development, to equip them with core business and professional competencies.

Purpose of the Learnership

The Sasol Administration Learnership equips learners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to become workplace-ready. Upon completion of the 12-month programme, learners will have obtained an accredited NQF-aligned qualification, together with exposure to invaluable administrative experience within one of South Africa’s most vibrant corporate settings.

Programme Structure

Theoretical Component

Theoretical learning in the classroom is structured for grounding skills development in the following:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Business Operations
  • Customer Service
  • Business Accounting
  • Mathematics Literacy

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification is a must.
