Programme Overview

This 12-month Administration Learnership is designed for People Living with Disabilities and combines:

  • Theoretical training – aligned to a higher learning qualification.
  • Practical workplace experience – to improve skills and work readiness.

Learners will gain foundational knowledge in:

  • Literacy and numeracy

  • Computer skills
  • Basic business principles

During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of managers and departments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • South African citizen
  • Must be living with a disability (proof required)
