The South African National Parks-SANParks Internship Programme 2026 offers unemployed South African graduates an opportunity to gain practical work experience within one of the country’s most respected public conservation authorities.
SANParks manages over 3.7 million hectares of protected land across 20 national parks and operates under the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act (Act 57 of 2003).

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the SANParks Internship Programme, applicants must:

- Have studied at a South African public HEI
- Not have previously participated in any internship or placement programme
- Reside within the Eastern Cape Province
