About the Learnership Programme
The Sanlam Corporate Learnership Programme offers young, enthusiastic South Africans from designated groups an opportunity to gain practical work experience while completing a national qualification. This 12-month programme is part of Sanlam’s Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP) and creates a direct pathway into junior-level permanent positions within the organisation for top-performing learners.

Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Sanlam products, services, and operational systems
- Attend classroom-based lessons and complete workplace training
- Maintain and submit logbooks for workplace-based learning
- Complete formative and summative assessments successfully
- Perform duties as assigned by the manager
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen, aged 18–35 years
- Not currently employed and not holding a tertiary qualification
- Grade 12 with minimum 50% in Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Willing to commit to the 12-month programme
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Access to reliable transport
