Key Roles & Requirements
- Security Guard / Protection Officer: Requires Grade 12/Matric, a valid PSIRA certificate (Grade C or higher), and a clean criminal record. Previous security experience preferred but not always essential.
- Control Room Operator / Surveillance Officer: Involves oversight of monitoring systems, CCTV, incident reporting. Requires strong communication, reliability and shift flexibility.
- Chief Security Officer (Senior role): Requires tertiary qualification in Security Management or related field, 5-15 years experience, strategic oversight skills.
