Letaba TVET College AgriSETA Opportunities, Letaba TVET College invites unemployed South African citizens to apply for the 2025 AgriSETA ARPL Programme, a skills development initiative aimed at empowering artisans and technical workers in the agricultural and construction industries.

Programme Overview

The Letaba TVET AgriSETA 170 ARPL Programme will run for three months, during which participants will undergo intensive practical and theoretical assessments to gain nationally recognized certification aligned with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) standards.

Successful candidates will be placed around Limpopo Province, contributing to local development while gaining hands-on experience.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • South African Citizen
  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • Work experience: Minimum of three (3) years in one of the fields below
  • Not previously enrolled in a learnership, skills, or apprenticeship programme
  • Preference will be given to former Letaba TVET College students
  • People with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Conditions

Successful candidates will be placed in and around the Limpopo Province and must be available for the full duration of the programme. Applicants who have already benefited from other learnerships, apprenticeships, or skills programmes will not be considered. This programme provides practical trade experience, improving employment readiness in agriculture, construction, and maintenance sectors — critical industries for South Africa’s sustainable development.
