Salary

Requirements
- Appropriate cleaning experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duty.
- Willingness to rotate between different hospital sections.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control, hospital hygiene audits, waste management, linen management, catering, and time management.
- Ability to plan and organise work schedules for cleaning services.
- Good communication skills.
Key Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in clinical and general hospital areas, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and deep cleaning of toilets.
- Manage waste according to hospital hygiene and infection control standards.
- Execute terminal cleaning in high-care areas such as ICUs and isolation wards.
- Assist supervisors with general housekeeping, equipment control, linen care, serving meals to patients, and stock control of cleaning agents.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is clean after use and stored securely.
