Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens, aged 18 – 34 years
- Hold a Matric certificate (NQF 4) or higher (NQF 5–6) qualification
- Be unemployed for 6 months or longer and not currently studying
- Have less than 12 months of work experience (part-time included)
- Be fluent in English and possess good communication skills
- Have no criminal record and not be blacklisted
- Never have worked for FirstRand Group or participated in its FirstJob Programme
- Be willing to complete a 12-month learnership while gaining work experience
