Position Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Officer to serve as the key communication link between clients, key account managers (KAMs), and operational teams. This role ensures outstanding customer service and on-time order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and on time (daily cut-off at 15:30)
- Track, manage, and resolve EDI issues, late orders, and unclear requests
- Liaise with SAP system for order tracking, pricing, and uplift requests
- Maintain records on P-Drive and manage VA05, Zoo, and Strike Rate reports
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders and clients regarding delivery and order statuses
- Address customer complaints and ensure resolution in line with SLA
- Support uplift, return, and stock allocation processes
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2–3 years experience as a CSO in logistics or warehousing
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and follow safety and procedural rules
