Requirements:

• AET Level 4 / Grade 9
• Knowledge of:
  • Cleaning procedures
  • Refreshment provision
  • Safety requirements
  • Service delivery programs
  • Operating domestic appliances
• Ability to:
  • Follow instructions
  • Perform routine tasks
  • Operate appliances
• Basic literacy and numeracy
• Personal traits: reliable, responsible, receptive, polite, honest, and have integrity

Duties:

• Prepare and serve tea; clean after tea breaks
• Vacuum/sweep offices, mop floors
• Clean toilets, lecture rooms, windows, glass doors
• Dust walls and surfaces, empty rubbish bins
• Polish floors
