Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in the Commercial department. We are seeking young, dynamic, and capable people for Sales Learnership roles across various regions of CCBSA. The successful candidates will report directly to the Team Leader: Sales.

Key Purpose

The intent of this program is to equip the learners with the competency to:

• Understand and apply the principles of increasing sales volume.
• Facilitate the order-taking process.
• Enforce, execute, and monitor merchandising standards among direct and indirect customers of a designated area.
• Qualify with the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 Learnership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Learnership Exposure Includes:

• Commercial aspects of the sales environment.
• Customer management and customer service.
• Marketing fundamentals.
• Merchandising standards.
• Management fundamentals.
• Communication skills.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Qualifications:
• Grade 12 with Maths or Mathematical Literacy (at least 40%).
• Two South African languages with a 40% pass.
• Diploma or Degree (preferable).
• Driver’s License (preferable).
• Must not have already completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation.
• Other Requirements:
• South African Citizen.
• Employment Equity candidate.
• Unemployed during appointment.
• Between the age of 18-35 years.
• Willing to commit to a 12-month learnership programme.

General Information

The learners have to accumulate a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for this qualification. The learnership duration is 12 months.
