Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- No experience required
- A National Diploma (NQF level 6) with 360 credits in the related field will be an added advantage
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
- Understanding of confidentiality in Government
- Knowledge of relevant legislation

Duties
- General clerical duties
- Provide supply chain clerical support services
- Provide and maintain stationery usage
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Deliver and track correspondence
- Ushering of guests
- Preparation for meetings
- Follow up on tasks
- Perform any other support duty as may be required by SAJEI management
