    • Batho Pele Principles (customer service)
    • COIDA guidelines, regulations and policies
    • Public Service Act & Public Service Regulations
    • Labour Relations Act, PFMA and National Treasury Regulations
  • Skills:
    • Technical proficiency and IT (MS Office)
    • Business writing and effective communication
    • Problem-solving, planning and organising
    • Data capturing and records management
    • Telephonic etiquette
    • Risk management and fund governance awareness

Duties

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Liaise with provinces to provide required information.
  • Render effective administrative support services.
  • Manage and process correspondence and documentation.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required by the Provincial Office.
