Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
- Greet and assist shoppers to ensure a positive in-store experience
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Promote current sales promotions and special offers
2. Cashier & Payment Processing
- Operate tills efficiently to process cash and card transactions
- Manage Lay-By sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Balance the cash register daily and report discrepancies
3. Merchandising & Stock Management
- Display and price stock according to company standards
- Replenish merchandise to maintain product availability
- Keep store areas clean, safe, and visually appealing
4. Loss Prevention & Risk Control
- Tag products according to security policy
- Monitor for shoplifting or suspicious activity
- Participate in stock counts and inventory audits

Minimum Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (English essential; other languages beneficial)
