Position: Administration Clerk Vacancies – Administrative Support Services
Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • 0–1 year working experience
  • Computer literacy
  • A valid driver’s licence (the successful candidate must be willing to drive)

Key Duties

  • Maintain and update the logbook and records for pool vehicles
  • Keep and regularly update all relevant registers, including asset registers
  • Track and ensure completion of HR documents and leave forms
  • Organise and maintain filing systems aligned with SASSA’s master file plan
  • Open and close office files as needed
  • Represent the local office in various meetings, forums, and committees
  • Assist in organising meetings, events, and awareness campaigns
  • Request and obtain quotations when necessary
  • Draft motivations and Comparative Schedules for procurement
  • Process orders, receive items, and match deliveries with delivery notes
  • Arrange invoice payments
  • Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
