The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), South Africa is offering fully funded international scholarships for South African students to study at Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU), China, starting October 2025.
This programme targets Youth Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET) and offers English-taught, three-year vocational diplomas in high-demand fields.

- Have good moral character and comply with Chinese laws
- Be proficient in English

How to Apply – Step-by-Step
Application is 100% online via YRCTU Portal.
Step 1 – Submit Your Application
- Complete the online application and upload all supporting documents by 3 September 2025.
- Ensure accuracy; no modifications are allowed after submission.
Step 2 – Complete Psychological Tests
- Two online tests, 30 minutes each.
- Applications without completed tests will be rejected.

- Police clearance certificate
- Recent passport photo (white background)

Competitive Selection Process
Applications undergo five selection stages:
- Screening for minimum eligibility
