Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Numerical and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service and document management skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support within the assigned component
- Assist with supply chain clerical functions
- Provide personnel administration and HR support
- Capture and maintain financial records
- Manage document filing and correspondence tracking
- Ensure compliance with service delivery timelines and performance standards
