About the Opportunity
Nampak, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, is recruiting youth for the NQF 3 Occupational Certificate Production Operator Learnership. Successful candidates will attend training at Nampak and complete workplace integration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will rotate between different roles to gain skills, competence and flexibility, while strictly adhering to plant rules and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizenship
- Passed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (minimum 40%) and English
- National Technical Certificate is advantageous
- Unemployed (18.2)
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Must reside within 50km radius of Nampak Springs
- Strong technical aptitude
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
