Role Purpose

Momentum Corporate is offering a Client Service Administrator Learnership that begins on 1 February 2026. This programme provides both theoretical training and practical workplace experience, leading to an INSETA-accredited NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-Term Insurance.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to administrative processes, customer relationship management, and compliance within the insurance and financial services industry. Although permanent employment after completion is not guaranteed, this 12-month learnership provides invaluable work experience to kick-start your professional career.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Momentum Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25 (including those turning 25 in 2026)
  • Have passed Matric (Grade 12) with the following subjects:
    • English
    • Mathematics (Pure or Literacy) or Accounting
  • Be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
  • Must not be enrolled in another learnership or have completed one before
  • Must attach a certified copy of ID and Matric certificate/results when applying

Key Responsibilities

Internal Process:

  • Handle all client service requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and documentation in line with Momentum policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and internal guidelines.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and client expectations managed.
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused service in all client interactions.
