Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the Eskom YES Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Aged between 18 and 34 years old
• Possess Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
• Post-Matric certificate or programme (advantageous)
• Must not have been employed permanently with any employer for more than one year
• Must not be studying full-time in the year of employment
• Must not have previously participated in the YES initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the YES training and development process
• Gain hands-on experience within Eskom’s Shared Services and Human Resources divisions
• Support various administrative, operational, and clerical functions
