About the Learnership
iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, is inviting unemployed South African youth from previously disadvantaged and designated groups to apply for the Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.
Programme Benefits
- 12-month fixed-term learnership contract
- R5,000 monthly allowance
- Full NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification

Key Learnership Outputs
Learners will gain experience in:
- Basic research and data evaluation within Long-Term Insurance
- Risk assessment and understanding financial risks
- Managing personal finances
- Applying legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge in the insurance sector
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Must be unemployed
- Not currently registered for any studies
- Available to start immediately (1 September 2025)
