Table of Contents
Job Purpose
To maintain outstanding customer service in line with FNB’s service standards, process transactions accurately, and safeguard company assets through efficient cash register operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers at the point of sale
- Handle transactions, process sales, and manage cash register duties
- Comply with audit and governance requirements
- Maintain float and POS security at all times
- Prepare tills, float, and required stationery before shift
- Ensure POS system is functional before each service
- Assist with stock takes and maintain accurate records
- Participate in food and beverage operations when required
- Support with basic food preparation tasks (if applicable)
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Prior cashier and/or catering experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
